Our packaging is simple and eco-friendly.

We wrap all items in natural-hued eco tissue paper, tie with organic hemp twine and send in a My Moon-stamped recyclable mailer. 

We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50 or more. Orders must total $50 or more after discounts and promo codes are applied to qualify for free shipping. (3-7 Days)

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is on the way.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. *Gift cards and Sale items are non-returnable.

We can do exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged.

We are always sourcing and sampling fabrics to find that combination of organic, sustainable, minimal (if a print), soft and versatile that makes a My Moon baby product.

Oftentimes we find a fabric we love but can only secure a small amount of it, so limited editions are common.

For hand-dyed products we currently use 100% organic indigo and 100% organic madder root.

All hand-dyed products are dye-set in cold water and dried on high heat to pre-shrink.

To care for your hand-dyed product, we recommend machine washing in cold water with mild detergent and drying on medium heat.

Our simple, natural packaging of recyclable tissue paper, hemp twine and My Moon-stamped recyclable mailer is gift ready.

If you would like to include a Gift Message, type your message into the input box in the Cart (pre-Check-out) and we will print your message in our "PT Sans" font on recycled card-stock and include it in your package.
